Quotation for Website & CMS Platform for Wedding Professionals

We are pleased to provide the following quotation for the development and hosting of a professional website powered by our dedicated Wedding Vendor Content Management System (CMS). This platform is designed to provide you with complete control over your online portfolio and business presence.

Each package includes access to our powerful Vendor CMS and a professional website with the following features:

·          Easy-to-Use CMS Dashboard:  A user-friendly interface designed for non-technical users to manage all website content.

·          Unlimited Portfolio Uploads:  Add an unlimited number of photos to showcase your work.

·          Service Management:  Easily create, edit, and display your service packages and pricing.

·          Content Creation:  Post blog articles, client testimonials, FAQs, and recent project updates.

·          Mobile-Responsive Design:  Your website will be fully optimized to look great on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

·          SEO-Optimized Structure:  Built-in features to improve visibility on search engines like Google for local client searches.

·          Lead Management:  A professional contact form that sends client inquiries directly to your email and phone.

·          Video Integration:  Embed videos from your YouTube channel to showcase your work dynamically.

·          Social Media Integration:  Link to your social media profiles to connect with clients across platforms.

We offer two primary packages to suit your branding needs. Both packages include all the core platform features listed above.

Option 1: Standard Package (Subdomain)

·          Domain:  A branded subdomain (e.g., yourname.vendors.wedding).

·          Annual Subscription:  ₹10,000 + 18% GST.

Option 2: Premium Package (Custom Domain)

·          Domain:  A custom domain name (e.g., YourDomain.com), giving your brand a unique web address. This includes the cost of domain registration.

·          Annual Subscription:  ₹15,000 + 18% GST.

The following table provides a detailed breakdown of the investment for the first year and subsequent annual renewals.

For vendors who require assistance with content management, we offer the following services:

·          Photo Upload Service:  Professional optimization and upload of your images.  

·          Cost:  ₹100 per photo.

·          Content Writing & Posting Service:  Creation and posting of articles, service descriptions, or blog posts.  

·          Cost:  ₹500 per article.

·          Setup & Delivery:  Your website and CMS access will be set up and delivered within 3-5 working days following receipt of full payment.

·          One-Time Setup Fee Inclusion:  The fee covers hosting setup, software installation and configuration, domain setup, and the creation of the basic website structure.

·          Initial Training & Support:  The setup fee includes up to two (2) hours of personalized support and training. This session will cover a complete walkthrough of the CMS dashboard, content upload procedures, and management of your services. Training can be conducted via video call, phone, or in-person (Delhi NCR only).

·          Content Management:  You will have full administrative access to upload and manage all content. Video content must be hosted on a third-party platform (e.g., YouTube) and can be embedded on the website. Direct video uploads to the server are not supported to ensure optimal website performance.

·          Subscription & Renewal:  The subscription is billed annually. A renewal reminder will be sent prior to the expiration of the term. All website data and content will remain intact upon timely renewal.

·          Ongoing Support:  We provide ongoing technical support for any platform-related questions via WhatsApp and Email. Additional paid support sessions can be arranged for needs extending beyond the scope of standard support.

·          Payment:  Full payment of the Total First-Year Investment is required to commence the setup process.

To proceed with this quotation, please confirm your acceptance via email. Upon confirmation, we will issue an invoice for the total first-year investment. The setup process will begin immediately upon receipt of payment.
