2020 may have changed a whole lot of things for us all, but for brides, it's no excuse to keep it low-key for their wedding look. Even with intimate weddings and limited guests being the norm, brides are leaving no stone unturned to have their dream wedding with the most gorgeous bridal wear ever. Millennial brides seem to believe in keeping it traditional for their wedding day as the classic red lehenga has been getting major love. The red lehenga is clearly back to become 2020's most popular bridal wear pick and we can't keep our eyes off!

The most recent wedding of Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar with Punjabi singer and actor Rohanpreet Singh saw her set bridal style goals in a gorgeous red lehenga by designers Falguni Shane Peacock. The signature Falguni Shane Peacock red bridal lehenga featured intricate detailing with a dose of dazzle.

At FDCI India Couture Week 2020 earlier in September, Falguni Shane Peacock had unveiled their collection 'Spectacle Prive', which saw Bollywood celebrity Shraddha Kapoor as the showstopper. The actress looked divine in a bridal red lehenga for their first-ever digital fashion show.

Shraddha Kapoor wore a bridal red, raw silk lehenga with fuschia pink and emerald green silk metal thread work details. The lehenga was embroidered in gold and adorned with crystals, stones and beads sequins. It also featured floral and elephant motifs and baroque detailing. The ensemble was styled with a handcrafted blouse with grid work and a red tulle dupatta with scallop borders and tassels.

We recently spotted Bollywood actress Kiara Advani in a deep red lehenga saree by designer Arpita Mehta during the promotions of her upcoming film Laxmii. Her red lehenga featured printed patterns and embellished borders, and seemed an apt outfit for the festive and wedding season.

So, who are other Bollywood celebrities who have worn red lehengas for their wedding day? Can we ever forget style icon Priyanka Chopra's fabulous red bridal lehenga look? Of course not! Priyanka Chopra had looked like a dream bride in a red lehenga creation by Sabyasachi in 2018. Priyanka's lehenga had detailed thread-work embroidery, which was accentuated with delicate Siam-red crystals. It also had Nick's name (Nicholas, written in Hindi) as a part of the embroidery.

Then there was Bollywood's fashionista Sonam Kapoor, who too opted for a classic red lehenga for her bridal look. A creation by designer Anuradha Vakil, Sonam's red lehenga featured lotus motifs in gold with heavily embellished borders. She accompanied it with traditional jewellery - a sarpech on her head, a gold choker, a raani haar and haath phool.
