Wedding guests can usually look forward to a live band or DJ to dance the night away but on Bronwyn Jones and Dusty Ellen’s special day, the entertainment just kept on coming.

The couple had a harp and flute duo perform prior to the ceremony and a magician, caricaturist and gelato cart for guests to enjoy before the reception. The fun continued during the reception with a live painter.

The pair, who met at work while both studying, had 50 guests gathered together to help celebrate their nuptials.

They exchanged vows on the hidden garden steps at Caversham House on February 12, with the reception taking place in the venue’s marquee.

Bronwyn and Dusty almost booked their dream honeymoon in the tropical Maldives the day before WA’s first lockdown was announced last year. Instead, they enjoyed some time off after the wedding and still plan to head to the island paradise when it is safe to do so.
