Philip and Jane Ginsburg, of Danbury, celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on Sept 16.

The Ginsburgs have two sons. Jeff Ginsburg and his wife, Lu Li, of Sherman, and Gary Ginsburg and his wife, Pam Seri Ginsburg, of Las Vegas. They also have three grandchildren, Jordan, Alexandra and Shana, as well as two great-grandsons, Roxas and Raiden.

Philip, 98, and Jane, 92, continue to live in the same house they bought in 1960 in southern Danbury. They were married Sept. 16, 1951 in the Bronx with over 150 people in attendance while the NY Yankees were playing Cleveland nearby. Philip owned the biggest and busiest drugstore in Danbury, Liggett Rexall, for over 35 years and retired at age 92.
